Benefits of Working at Ultreo

Ultreo, Inc. offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package for all regular employees working 20 or more hours per week. The information contained herein is intended to serve as a summary of the employee benefits extended to all eligible employees. The company reserves the right to change any of these benefits at its discretion.

Employees are eligible to enroll in the company provided benefits the first of the month following their date of hire.

  • Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
    Ultreo offers eligible employees Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. Employees may enroll their family members, including spouses, domestic partners, and children in these programs. Employees contribute a small portion of the cost of premiums through payroll deductions.
  • Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance
    Ultreo provides eligible employees with company paid life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, equal to two times their annual base salary to a maximum benefit of $250,000.
  • Short Term Disability Insurance
    Short Term Disability coverage is provided for employees who are unable to work due to a non work related illness or injury. Eligible employees may receive benefits up to 60% of their weekly earnings, up to $1,500.00/week for up to 11 weeks. Employees must be disabled for at least 15 days in order to receive benefits.
  • Long Term Disability Insurance
    Long Term Disability coverage provides eligible employees with a benefit equal to 60% of monthly base salary earnings after 90 days of a continuous disability. The monthly benefit will not exceed $6,000.00.
  • Employee Assistance Program
    Ultreo offers an EAP program to provide confidential and professional assessment and referral services. It is a resource for all employees and their benefit eligible dependents to contact when they are experiencing emotional or behavioral concerns which may be affecting work performance or the quality of their lives. There is no charge to the employee for EAP services. All services provided by Wellspring Family Services EAP are confidential and protected within the guidelines prescribed by federal and state law.

Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay

All regular, full time employees are eligible for the following paid time off “PTO” and holiday benefits. Regular, part time employees who are scheduled to work 20 hours or more per week are also eligible on a pro-rated basis.

  • Paid Time Off “PTO”
    Eligible full time employees will accrue 15 days of PTO per year. Once PTO hours are accrued there is no waiting period before they may be used.
  • Holidays
    Ultreo offers all regular employees 10 paid holidays per year.
