Q: Where can I purchase additional brush heads?

A: Replacement Ultrasound Brush Heads may be available for purchase through your dental professional. You can also order online at www.ultreo.com. For your convenience and savings, Ultreo offers a Brush Head Subscription Program that allows you to have replacement brush heads shipped to you automatically every 3 or 6 months.

Q: Can more than one person use the same handle?

A: Ultreo is programmable for two users per handle. To program Ultreo for 2 users, hold the power button down for 2 seconds while NOT in the charger. The LED display, which is normally the battery charge level indicator, will beep and light one bar for each user. When the LED lights corresponds to the number of user per handle, release the power button.

Q: How do I clean my Ultreo?

A: Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use and air dry only. Remove the brush head from the handle at least once a week and wipe down both handle and brush head including under the base. Replace brush head after 3 months of use. Clean the handle weekly.

Q: How do I remove the brush head?

A: To remove the ultrasound brush head, grip the base of the brush head (just below the bristles) firmly and pull upwards and away from the handle.

Q: How often should I change my ultrasound brush head?

A: In order to maintain the optimal level of ultrasound output, it is recommended to replace your Ultreo brush head approximately every 3 months. The ultrasound brush head replacement indicator will alert you when it is time to change your brush head.
