Q: Can more than one person use the same handle?

A: Ultreo is programmable for two users per handle.  To program Ultreo for 2 users, hold the power button down for 2 seconds while NOT in the charger.  The LED display, which is normally the battery charge level indicator, will beep and light one bar for each user. When the LED lights corresponds to the number of user per handle, release the power button.

Q: How do I clean my Ultreo?

A: Rinse the brush head and bristles after each use and air dry only.  Remove the brush head from the handle at least once a week and wipe down both handle and brush head including under the base.  Replace brush head after 3 months of use.  Clean the handle weekly.

A: To remove the ultrasound brush head, grip the base of the brush head (just below the bristles) firmly and pull upwards and away from the handle.
