Order Processing and Shipping

Order Processing Deadlines
Orders received befor 1PM Eastern, Monday-Friday (except holidays), normally ship the same day. A shipping option will be determined by the contents of your order and your shipping address. Orders placed with standard shipping may be shipped with any of our carriers: US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. We cannont request or guarantee delivery by a specific carrier when you choose this delivery option. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, please check that option in the address form to make sure that your order is delivered correctly.

Orders to P.O. Boxes or US Territories will be delivered by the US Postal Service, and can only be sent with standard or express shipping.

Weekend Delivery
We are unable to arrange weekend deliveries. All shipping and processing times listed on our website are in business days(Monday-Friday, excluding all national holidays). Some of our shipping carriers occasionally deliver orders sent via standard shipping on Saturdays, but this service cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Return Information
Ultreo will happily replace returned product due to manufacturer defects.Returns must be received within 2 years from date of purchase, require proof of purchase and a Return Authorization Number. Please contact our Customer Care team for assistance with your proof of purchase available.

Ultreo does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:

  • products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels;
  • packages missing hardware components;
  • products returned without a valid itemized receipt;
  • return shipping charges;
  • products returned without a Return Authorization Number; or
  • returns received after the warranty period has expired.
Ultreo does not assume responsibility for products lost, stolen or damaged in shipping and is the sole responsibility of the sender. Ultreo recommends shipping returns using a carrier method that will provide a tracking number (such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Express Mail). Ultreo also recommends that packages are insured declaring the full value for complete protection if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

Warranty
We are happy to offer a 2-year limited warranty covering any manufacturer defects of the Ultreo handle components. The Ultreo brush head is recommended to be replaced every 3 months. We offer a 3-month limited warranty covering the brush head and brush head components. *For easy troubleshooting, be sure to have your Ultreo unit in hand when calling our Customer Care. All implied warranties including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, are limited in duration to 2 years from the date of original purchase except brush heads which should be replaced every 3 months. In no event will Ultreo, Inc. be responsible for damages resulting from the use of this product. Some states do not allow exclusion or limitation of incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of remedies
In no event shall Ultreo, Inc. or any of its affiliated or subsidiary companies be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, without limitation, loss of use; the claims of third parties including, without limitation, dentists and dental hygienists; and cost of any substitute equipment or services.
